Penicillin allergy delabeling practices and barriers across SHEA research network US institutions: a cross-sectional survey

Although most institutions reported active penicillin delabeling programs, there was substantial variability in initiatives. Reported barriers included minimal electronic health record (EHR) integration and time constraints. Expanding non-allergist-led programs and EHR integration are critical to optimizing and advancing delabeling.
